ALMIZAN Technical Verification provides product conformity assessment and certification services in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065 and applicable technical regulations. The certification process includes application submission, signing of the certification agreement, application review, evaluation of technical documentation and test reports, independent technical review, certification decision, and certificate issuance. Documented procedures are implemented for maintaining certification, surveillance activities, extension or reduction of scope, suspension, withdrawal, and refusal of certification whenever certification requirements are not fulfilled. All certification activities are performed under principles of impartiality, competence, confidentiality, and non-discrimination.
Financial Support and Fees

ALMIZAN Technical Verification finances its conformity assessment and certification activities through revenues generated from certification services provided to clients. Certification fees are determined according to product type, certification scope, applicable evaluation activities, testing requirements, and technical review requirements. Applicants may request an official quotation before commencing the certification process. Payments shall be made through bank transfer to the official company bank accounts listed on this website.
Rights and Obligations of Applicants and Clients

Applicants and clients have the right to receive certification services in a fair, impartial, confidential, and non-discriminatory manner. They are entitled to receive information regarding certification, complaints, and appeals processes. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and cooperating throughout all certification activities. Certified clients shall use certificates, conformity marks, and certification references only within the certified scope and in a non-misleading manner. Certificates, certification marks, and accreditation references shall not be used in a way that could create misunderstanding regarding the certified scope. Upon suspension, withdrawal, or expiry of certification, all references to certification shall cease immediately.
Complaints and Appeals

ALMIZAN Technical Verification is committed to receiving and handling complaints and appeals in an independent, impartial, and confidential manner. Complaints and appeals may be submitted through the official company email address or any approved communication channel. All complaints and appeals are recorded, validated, investigated, and appropriately addressed. Appeals are reviewed by an independent committee that is not involved in the original evaluation or certification decision. The complainant or appellant shall receive an acknowledgment within seven working days and shall be informed of the final outcome once the investigation and decision-making process has been completed.
